Program Description
The culture of a company is much like the personality of a person. It defines the ways people interact, make choices, make contributions and commit (or not) to the work being done. And while culture in many ways has a life of its own and can develop in unpredictable ways, it can also be intentional. Surprisingly, while culture is highly impacted by those at the top of the organization, it is not defined there.
In this short presentation, Dr. L. Todd Thomas of DeVos Graduate School of Management at Northwood University will show how the work culture we have is in many ways the results of our own choices and will provide ideas and tips for positively impacting this culture for ourselves and those with whom we work.

About Dr. Todd Thomas
Dr. Todd Thomas is a speaker, author, educator and coach who has provided seminars and presentations in over 20 countries on the role of leadership and behavior in successful organizations. Todd is a professor at the DeVos Graduate School of Management where he is the Lead Faculty for Leadership as well as the Online Programs Manager. He has repeatedly spoken to young professionals organizations around the area on topics such as working with multiple generations, leadership and personality, and creating a productive culture.
