This holiday season take time to appreciate the creativity of Mid Michigan Community College (MMCC) students, and purchase a unique piece of art during your visit to the Mt. Pleasant Campus.
The inaugural art show and sale takes place November 27 through December 8, and is open daily 8:30am-6pm in the Community Room.

“I'm excited to see all the art pieces collected in one location for the public to enjoy. This event highlights the creative talents of MMCC students,” said Robert Armstead, president of MMCC’s Art & Design Club.
Student projects cover a variety of mediums including illustration, photography, and painting. Guests can expect to see over one hundred projects with many available for purchase.

“Students are selecting pieces that demonstrate the skills they have acquired through their own experiences and through art classes at MMCC. All the exhibitors have worked hard and are excited to share their work with the City of Mount Pleasant and the world,” noted JoAnna Veit, secretary of MMCC’s Art & Design Club.
