If you are from the Mt. Pleasant Area you have enjoyed Max & Emily’s Bakery/Café more than once! Tim Brockman, owner of Max & Emily’s will be presenting the concept of being a Small Giant, a book written by Bo Burlingham. This lunch & learn will focus on why popular businesses, such as Max & Emily’s, have chosen to stay local and commit to their community opposed to expanding and growing throughout the United States. Tim will also elaborate on why it is so important to build inside a community and stay loyal to the commitments and relationships that are tangible.
