Chief Financial Officer
Location: Mount Pleasant, MI
Description: ICCU ($207M assets) is seeking a forward-thinking, experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to combine financial strategy with meaningful community impact.
As CFO, you will oversee all aspects of financial strategy, accounting operations, investment management, asset/liability oversight, and compliance. You’ll be instrumental in shaping ICCU’s growth and supporting over 13,000 members across eight Michigan counties.
Key Qualifications:

5–10 years of progressive financial leadership (credit union or FI preferred)

Deep knowledge of GAAP, investment strategy, and regulatory compliance

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required (Master’s/CPA preferred)
