Position Title: Executive Assistant

Reports To: President of Isabella Bank

General Purpose:

Performs a variety of administrative and support functions for the President and other administrative personnel. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the President and Chief Operations Officer, including welcoming visitors, preparing and distributing correspondence, directing communication such as emails and phone call, and completing special projects
  • Coordinate all appointments, meetings, and business travel for bank president
  • Prepare materials for the Board of Directors in alignment with confidentiality standards
  • Collect and prepare material for Bank Advisory Boards
  • Publish and maintain policy revisions in the company’s electronic policy program and distribute the board approved policies after approval
  • Arrange convention, conference and meeting attendance, arranging lodging and meeting accommodations
  • Assist Operations staff with various tasks including scheduling meetings, recording meeting minutes, inputting and tracking invoices, compiling data, and developing and updating spreadsheets
  • Provide exceptional quality customer service
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Education/Experience

  • High School diploma required
  • Extended education or professional certifications pertaining to job functions preferred
  • Two or more years of experience with administrative assistant experience or in a related role required

Skills

  • Professional telephone and communication skills
  • Enhanced computer skills with excellence in Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Excellence in spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational skill with attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively multitask
