Kolhoff Named MMI Employee of the Month

MMI’s Employee of the Month for December is Cindy Kolhoff, Executive Assistant. Cindy has been with MMI since 2011. She began in MMI’s Mt. Pleasant office as the Office Associate and then was promoted to the position of Executive Assistant in 2013.
Cindy is helpful to staff whatever their needs are. Cindy is very responsive to our persons served and makes them feel important through one on one communication. She is very professional and has embraced the duties of her position. Some of the numerous projects Cindy has assisted with include creating spreadsheets and answering numerous Excel questions; developing forms at a moment’s notice and producing lists for reports with very short timelines. She is also instrumental with the planning of MMI’s annual Night of Celebration, the Employment Recognition Event, and the United Way activities for Isabella County.
Cindy also coordinates all the orders for MMI-logoed apparel several times a year. Recently, Cindy spent many hours organizing the documents needed for MMI’s CARF accreditation survey, making sure that all materials the surveyors needed were available and easy to find. Cindy is a very good listener and an excellent problem solver. She is very knowledgeable in many areas of the agency and is a great resource for all.
