MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. - The Summer Reading Club is in full swing at Chippewa River District Library, providing families and people of all ages with fun, free activities to enjoy this summer.

Registering for the Summer Reading Club, which runs until July 31, is a breeze. Simply visit any CRDL branch or sign up online at www.crdl.org. Kids and teens who read four days and adults who read one book are eligible for prizes.

"We are heading into month two of the Summer Reading Club at our library. It's a great way for families to have fun together while promoting the importance of literacy and learning," said Barbara Sanford, programming coordinator at CRDL. "We are always looking for ways to engage our community, and the Summer Reading Club is an excellent opportunity for children and adults to discover new stories and adventures."
